- SIY
1 liter air suam sehingga pukul 1 ptg
Lunch
- nasi separuh + sayur kangkung + ikan sambal
- 2 gelas air suam
Tea-break
- 2 kpg biskut hup seng cicah milo + creamer
1 liter air suam sehingga pukul 530 ptg
Dinner
- sekeping biskut hup seng
gi gym..lari kat treadmill 1 jam (445kcal) + cycle 10min
1 liter teh herbalife hibiscus..
Dinner break
- air suam 1/2 liter
- epal hijau sebiji
SIY sebelum tidur..
